Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie

This is the best autumn smoothie and all from the comfort of your own house! This Vitimum smoothie is super filling and a guilt free way to both treat and nurture yourself. 
 

Ingredients

1 Scoop of Vitimum Original
250mls of your favourite milk 
2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree 
1 banana
Pinch of all spice, Cinnamon & nutmeg 
Dash of maple syrup
1/2 cup of Ice 

 

Method

Mix all the items together in a blender and enjoy. 

Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie

 

Apple Pie Smoothie 

Enjoy a tasty smoothie that tastes like a delicious desert - that's good for you!
 

Ingredients 

1 scoop of Vitimum Original
3/4 cup of apple puree 
1/2 frozen banana
250mls of almond milk
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 cup of Ice (optional) 
1 pinch of all spice and cinnamon 
A drop or two of maple syrup (optional) 
 

Method

Mix all items in a blender and enjoy. You can swap the maple syrup for honey if you like, or leave it out completely. 

ApplePie smoothie

Pumpkin Spiced Porridge 

Yes, it's that time of year, where pumpkin is everywhere! So, we have made a delicious Vitimum porridge recipe for you. 
  

Ingredients

1 cup of Porridge Oats 
1 scoop of Vitimum Original
2 tablespoons of Pumpkin Puree
275mls of your favourite Milk 
Pinch of All Spice, Cinnamon & Nutmeg 
Dash of Maple Syrup, Pecans or Walnuts (optional) 
 

Method

  1. In a small pan, add 1 cup of rolled oats and 200mls of the milk. Leave to simmer for 1-2 minute on moderate heat. Add the All Spice, Cinnamon & Nutmeg.  
  2. After the oats have been simmering for 1-2 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of Pumpkin Puree. Mix well. Then add 1 scoop of Vitimum Original and the remaining milk (75mls). Stir well and transfer to  a bowl. 
  3. Add a dash of Maple syrup (optional) and top with pecans and/or walnuts to add a tasty crunch.

Ginger Bread Protein Balls 

These no-bake Ginger bread protein balls are a delicious treat. Not only are they packed with Vitimum's goodness, but ginger can also help settle your stomach - perfect if you're experiencing any pregnancy related nausea.  

Ingredients  

10 Medjool Dates
1 Scoop of Vitimum Original 
40mls of water or dairy free milk
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 handful of pecans or walnuts 
Pinch of Ginger, All Spice and Cinnamon 

 Method

Mix everything except the maple syrup and dairy free milk in a food processor or blender. Then add in the dairy free milk and  maple syrup. Mix once together once more. 
Roll into bit sized balls and store in the freezer. Best consumed within 3 weeks. Makes approximately 15 balls. 

Ginger Bread Protein Balls

 

Cinnamon Protein Balls 

These tasty cinnamon protein balls are super easy to make, dairy free, gluten free and high in protein. Perfect afternoon snack or pick me up! 

Ingredients

1/2 cup of Rolled Oats 
1 scoop of Vitimum Original
2 tablespoons of Almond meal 
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon 
2 tablespoons of Almond butter
1 tablespoon of Maple syrup
70mls of Water

Method 

Mix all items except the water in a food processor or strong blender. Once mixed well, add the 70mls of water.
Roll into bit sized balls. Makes approx 15-18 balls. Store in the freezer and consume within 2 weeks. 

Christmas Porridge

Start your day with a filling, warming  and nutritious bowl of our Christmas Porridge. 

Ingredients

1 cup of Porridge Oats 
2 tablespoons of Vitimum Original
1 handful of cranberries 
1 handful of sultanas 
275mls of your favourite Milk 
Pinch of Cinnamon  
Dash of Maple Syrup and pecans/walnuts (optional)
