Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Vitimum Vanilla
- 1/3 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1/3 cup of plant based milk
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt (we used greek)
- Drizzle of honey
- 1/3 cup of oats.
- Optional - any toppings (fruits, nuts, coconut muesli etc.)
Method
- Mix the mixed berries, oat milk and vitimum in a blender.
- Pour the oats into a jar or bowl, and then pour the mixture over the oats.
- Add the greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice) and the honey). Mix through and then top with your favourite toppings (optional)
