Berry Smoothie Bowl

A light but creamy smoothie bowl. Using a non-dairy milk (like Oat, or Soy milk) keeps this dairy free - and delicious! 

Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons of Vitimum Vanilla, Half a Banana, 2 handfuls of frozen strawberries, 1 handful of blueberries and 100 mls of your favourite milk

Method: Mix items in a blender, or a hand blender. Once mixed, texture should be like a slightly melted sorbet , or acai bowl.  Top with fruit, chia seeds, shredded coconut of granola, for a nice little crunch.  

Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Who said you can’t have chocolate for breakfast?! This smoothie bowl is refreshingly delicious!

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of Vitimum Chocolate, 1 Frozen banana, 100-150 mls of coconut milk.

Mix items in a blender. Once mixed, texture should be like a slightly melted icecream.Top with your favourite toppings.

Tropical Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of Vitimum Vanilla, 2 handfuls of frozen pineapple (10-12 chunks), Half a banana 100-150 mls of coconut milk

Method: Mix items in a blender. Once mixed, texture should be like a slightly melted sorbet , or acai bowl. Top with fruit, shredded coconut of granola, for a nice little crunch.
