Smoothie Bowls
Berry Bowl.
A light but creamy smoothie bowl. Using a non-dairy milk (like Oat, or Soy milk) keeps this dairy free - and delicious!
5 Ingredients
1 Scoop of Vitimum Original
Half a Banana
2 handfuls of frozen strawberries
1 handful of blueberries
100 mls of your favourite milk
Method
Mix items in a blender, or a hand blender. If using a hand blender, make sure you mix the protein powder in first, so that it doesn't fly everywhere! Once mixed, texture should be like a slightly melted sorbet , or acai bowl.
Top with fruit, chia seeds, shredded coconut of granola, for a nice little crunch.

Mumma-Colada
Add a bit of Tropicana to your day, by enjoying Vitimum's take on the Pina-colada.

1 Scoop of Vitimum Original

8-10 fresh or Frozen pineapple pieces
300 mls of Coconut milk (not from a can)
Ice - optional

2 handfuls of frozen pineapple (10-12 chunks)
Half a banana
100-150 mls of coconut milk
Ice - optional
